FAQ's / Terms and Conditions

1.  How do we pay for orders?

  Payment options available are through gcash or Banco de Oro deposits.   Payments should be made 3 working days from receipt of confirmation.

2.  Can we pay for orders upon pick-up?

Due to the nature of our products (personalized and made to order), we only begin processing orders upon payment.

3.  How do we get our orders?

Orders can either be picked up or sent through courier.  Shipping charges are shouldered by the buyer.   For Metro Manila orders, we ship via Fastrack.ph and LBC for provincial deliveries.  We have pickup points in the following areas:

a.  Paco pickup :  1458 San Gregorio St. Paco, Manila b.  Binondo pickup :  552 Asuncion St. Binondo, Manila c.  Palladium Subdivision (across Wack Wack) guardhouse

4.  How long before we get our orders?

Generally, we ask for a lead time of 3-4 business days for production after we receive payment.  Business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.  This time frame is applicable to regular orders.  For volume or special orders, lead time may vary.  We will indicate in your confirmation email if your orders will require more time to finish. If you need your orders on a specific date, kindly advise us upon ordering so we can determine if there is enough time for production or if we can accommodate your order.

5.  Can I see a sample of my order before ordering or printing?

Unfortunately, we do not furnish drafts for approval.  However, we take responsibility in ensuring that the correct spelling of the names will be used in your order.  It is important that you provide us with the correct  information as this will be the basis in our production.  Should we make some error based on your written instructions, we will replace them free of charge, as long as you notify us of the error within 5 business days of receiving your order.   Errors reported after the 5 day period will not be entertained, so please check your items when you have received them.

6.  Can we choose a specific font or color for the names?

Generally, the type of font used is as seen on the product sample posted on site.  You may request for other font type to be used, but take into consideration that some designs and fonts may not be compatible together.  Since names could be long or short, we will determine the font size depending on the space and size of the product ordered.

Disclaimer on shipping and handling:

iPrints would like to point out that we are not liable for lost, damage and delays in shipping via courier.  This is because we utilize the services of couriers that are independent to us.  Therefore, we do not have direct control over their delivery schedules and services. Shipping within Metro Manila usually takes overnight or within 24 hours, but there are instances where there might be delays in the pick up and delivery of your packages due to weather and other circumstances beyond our control. An allowance of 2 to 3 working days shipping time is suggested on top of the lead time in production that we require.  It will be safer to consider these factors before ordering (especially when items are needed on a specific date) so as to avoid delays in delivery.
